RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

​We are glad to offer a free refund on our orders under the following conditions :-

1. Within 15 days of the receipt of product by the customer

2. Lightly used with no adulteration

3. Good condition

4. No refund for any shipping charges paid by the customer

5. We provide samples and discovery sets at a very low price. Please avail yourself of that facility so that you can try our product before ordering and therefore minimize the chances of returning. We do not make any profit from sending you samples. We share the cost of sending samples 65-35 with our customers, where we bear 65% of the cost and charge you only 35% of what it costs us.

6. No returns for samples and discovery sets.

7. If you have any questions about our products, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will guide you in making product choices that best fit your needs and preferences.

8. A nominal 15% restocking fee to account for our time and monetary investment in processing the return. This time and monetary investment are in addition to the time and monetary investment we make in sending you samples at a very low rate.

9. We are a decade old business with a very new and fresh online venture. We hope to make the sample and return process completely free for our customers once we achieve a reasonable scale and business volume.
